The iBuild Showcase is Kansas City's premier regional construction industry career day for both middle and high school students. It also benefits the students who participated with the Crayons to CAD curriculum to have the opportunity to meet industry professionals and take part in the interactive construction displays that reinforce thier lesson plan.

iBuild and Crayons to CAD- Something for everyone!

Students have prepared academically, working in teams, spending weeks in preparation for the final competition. Industry professionals and craftspeople act as judges for the students' projects and provide constructive feedback.

Students learn about a variety of rewarding careers in the construction industry.

They participate in hands-on activities such as:

• Nail driving contests

• Bricklaying

• Computer-aided drafting

• Heavy Equipment operation

• Painting and much more.
